Caves Created by a Lost Ancient Civilization with Machines?

I have always been a firm believer that mankind is much older than popular belief, or at least someone was here before.  Look carefully at these cut marks and the precision of the cuts.  Do you believe several workers huddled together on that spot with a hand tool and scraped the cave away?  Haha no way.  That's machinery marks.
These caves are in China, by the way.  However such evidence is global.
